Hodge Hill College Under 14 Football Team Claim the League Title

Hodge Hill College Under 14 Football Team claimed the Erdington league title for the 2025/26 school year, finishing unbeaten.

Their season began with a hard-fought 1-1 draw against Erdington Academy, followed by a winning streak: Saltley Academy 10-1, Lift Greenwood 6-5 in a thrilling match, Heartland High 4-1, and a 3-0 awarded win against Washwood Heath. With four wins and one draw, they secured the league championship and scored an impressive 24 goals across five games. In the cup, they narrowly lost 3-1 to Bishop Walsh, who advanced to the finals.

The team can be proud of their outstanding performance and will look forward to defending their title next year, with seven games making the competition even tougher.
