Superheros Support Autism Awareness Day (Non-Uniform Donation)

Friday 27th March has been designated ‘Superheroes Support Autism Awareness Day’ in aid of our Head Girl’s chosen charity ‘Autism Awareness West Midlands’.

In exchange for a minimum donation of £1.00 which will be collected by form tutors during registration, pupils will be able to attend school wearing either the official colours of Autism Awareness (purple and blue) or dressed as a recognised Superhero.

Head Girl Tasmin Begum explains: “Autism Awareness is very close to my heart…we are hoping to raise as much as possible to help change the lives of young children and adults living with Autism”.

There will be extra activities on throughout the day as well as break time in order to help raise as much money as possible for this important charity.

In all other respects, this will be a normal working day; all pupils are expected to attend school on time with all of their normal exercise books, planners and equipment etc.
